In addition to our scalders and pickers Ashley Machine offers several other poultry processing equipment to fulfill your processing needs. 4-Man Eviscerating Tables, 6-Man Eviscerating Troughs are both made from the highest quality steels and manufacturing specifications. We also manufacture stainless steel kill racks. These racks accomodate various size cones for poultry ranging from broilers to tom turkeys.
Ashley Machine also distributes a full range of accessories such as knives, thermometers, shears and other items used in the processing of poultry.
Ashley Machine manufactures gizzard peelers and we distribute the BIRO poultry cutter along with equipment from other manufacturers.
We round out our compliment of quality equipment by offering custom fabrication. We offer welding, braking and cold rolling as some of our custom fabrication abilities.
